Want to be the only one working with a beat? Make me an offer. If it's right, I'll pull it from the vault, stop issuing new licenses on it, and we'll do a proper exclusive agreement. No price list — tell me what it's worth to you and what you're building.
One thing up front: beats in the vault may already be licensed to other artists, and those licenses are permanent. An exclusive stops new ones going forward and takes the beat off the site. It can't undo what's already out there.

100% of the recording you make. Forever. I take no points and no royalty on it.
The instrumental stays mine and I keep licensing it to other artists. This is not exclusive.
Add your own lyrics and vocals. Change the tempo, key, and arrangement all you want. Keep it under 5 minutes.
Put the song out within 12 months of signing. Miss it and the license expires and you'd have to claim the beat again — if it's still there, and if the terms haven't changed.
Half the composition, mine. Half, yours. Co-writers come out of your half. We each collect our own.

I can use your finished song to promote my own work — videos, reels, showreel, press. I can't sell it and I can't say I performed it.
Your videos, your socials, your ads, your shows — all free and clear. For film, TV, and brand placements, my half of the publishing gets licensed at the same rate as the master, and you loop me in before it closes.
Credit me all you want. Don't use my name or face to sell or endorse anything without asking.
These are the default terms, not a wall. If we both want a different deal later, we sign a new one.
You'll be asked to read and agree to this full agreement when you download a beat. It's a real contract.
